Chole bhature is popular in North India. Chole stands for a spicy curry made with white chickpeas and bhatura is fried leavened flat bread. People often eaten together for breakfast. In every morning, popular chole bhature crowded with everyone from local rickshaw drivers and students.
And chole bhature often moistened with sauce. Some people make a fine paste of the onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic and green chili in a wet grinder. Another use fennel powder, cumin powder, cumin seeds, turmeric, chili powder, cinnamon sticks…etc. These spices can make by dry grinder.
