Momos are steamed dumplings popular in Eastern India, China, Tibet, Nepal and other parts of South Asia. Momos can be made in different shapes and the filling could be any type of meat, like pork, beef, chicken… etc. And mix some vegetable, chili sauce, onion mud or other spices.
Then taking Momos to steam in the cooker. Indian like adding spices and sauces in dine. So they prepare sauce with chili, garlic and ginger. Indians eat Momos and dip sauces together to eat.
