For soft tofu, EVERSOON provides customers with automatic underwater cutting machine. Besides, a series of parameters and machine modification research and development have been made for hard tofu cutting. Now the automatic cutting machine has completed the product testing and available in current market.

EVERSOON automatic tofu cutting machine adopts induction detection to automatically feed the whole plate of tofu, automatically cut into long strips, and then cut into tofu blocks. The whole automatic process is fast and accurate to replace manual cutting operations and increase production speed. The automatic cutting machine combines with PLC interface, can switch to automatic or manual operation mode. The parameters such as cutting, conveyor speed are set in the PLC, and HMI operation is simple and convenient. In recent years, consumers are more aware of food safety issues. Automatic tofu cutting machine can reduce hand contact with tofu during production process. The cutter set and tofu conveyor belt can be cleaned immediately during production operation to ensure the production process is safe and hygienic. The accessories of tofu cutting machine are easy to disassemble and clean to ensure your machine is safe and hygienic in tofu production and cutting processes.

 Applications:

 

Water Packed Tofu:

 It is used in water packaging, allows additional selection of automatic cup dropping device so the tofu is automatically pushed into the box, then clean water is added to meet the food hygiene requirements. Besides, it can greatly reduce manual box placement. It also can greatly reduce water consumption to save energy if compared with traditional water cutting process.

 

Vacuum Packed Tofu:

 It allows additional selection of conveyor belt with automatic water spray system, to cool down the surface temperature of the tofu and use mechanical arm directly to put the tofu into vacuum sealing machine for direct packaging.

 

Both of the above two methods can reduce direct contact with products by workers, and effectively improve food hygiene and safety.
