Recheado Masala is an important spicy paste condiment from the sunny Indian coastline state Goa is the recheado masala. The famous paste is spicy hot, sour and very flavorful. And this sauces is used to flavor fresh seafood such as mackerels and prawns. Following is the making methods:
1.Soak red chili, cloves, cinnamon, green cardamoms, cumin seeds, black pepper corns, ginger and garlic in toddy vinegar for 8~12 hours.
2.Grind the soaked ingredients to a thick paste.
3.Saute onions in 1 tsp oil on low flame till brown.
4.Add the sugar when the onion is well cooked, and turn off the heat. Keep aside to cool.
5.The recheado masala is now ready.
